Hale Hamilton has following current vacancies:

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

We are looking for a number of engineers ranging from recent graduates to experienced senior engineers. The work and the level of autonomy, responsibility and remuneration will reflect the capabilities of the individual, but most importantly we are looking for energetic, ambitious and versatile people who can take on a multifaceted role.

You will produce technical solutions and take them through development to production. At one extreme the work will require individual technical and design expertise working alone or as a team member. At the other, the ability and judgement to quickly grasp the essentials of multiple projects and drive in-house personnel, contractors, suppliers and customers to a successful conclusion. At any level the work will include customer contact and occasional UK and overseas travel.

You will be a graduate (or equivalent) mechanical engineer with experience in the design and development of fluid power components or systems and will be familiar with modern CAD and analytical tools. Dynamic individuals will have the scope to build on their experience and develop their career in this international organisation. For recent graduates who wish to gain chartered status we run an MPDS scheme accredited by the I.Mech.E.

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

 

Applicants must have experience in the building and testing of mechanical assemblies, preferably in the field of hydraulic and pneumatic applications, be used to working within the disciplines of an ISO 9001:2000 environment, with an inquisitive problem solving mind and an aptitude to pay attention to detail.  Experience of working in a continuous improvement environment would be beneficial.

  

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours.
