Hale Hamilton continues to develop its range of high purity and electronic gas standard regulators and valves to meet the exacting performance requirements for cylinder filling and gas supply systems for use either at the cylinder or at the point of use.

Our standard range of products are suitable for use on almost all inert, corrosive and toxic duties. Bespoke products and modifications to existing standard products are also available to ensure we meet our customers’ exact needs at all times.

A range of high purity and ultra high purity spring loaded pressure regulators suitable for the regulation of corrosive and non corrosive gases.

A range of quarter turn manually actuated stop valves, or air actuated spring return valves with inlet pressures up to 241 bar, suitable for a wide range of industrial gases, including oxygen, and highly corrosive gases such as; chlorine and HCL.

A range of manual or pneumatic actuated non tied diaphragm cylinder valves assembled and tested within a dedicated class 100 Clean room to leak rates better than 1x10-9 mbar l/s, ensuring they are suitable for use with most industrial gases including Oxygen, and highly corrosive gases such as HCI.

Designed for high efficiency vacuum purging, the UHP 30 vacuum generator is ideal for use on the purging of corrosive and speciality gases within applications where cleanliness is paramount. Vacuum levels of 25 to 27 inches Hg and flow rates of 49 l/min are achieved with a nominal inlet pressure of 60 psi.

A compact range of Ultra High Purity check valves, produced from electro polished 316 stainless steel, working at inlet pressures of up to 376 bar. Ideal for use within high purity, corrosive and speciality gases and wafer process control.

The CFASV is a fast acting, high quality actuated stop valve for use in Ultra High Purity gas filling systems. The valve separates the vacuum and high pressure systems protecting the installed vacuum pumps.
