Hale Hamilton manufactures a range of valves and manifolds for use in the Alternative Fuels Market.
The majority of our range is focused on providing solutions for the CNG market, both on Fuelling Stations and in Distribution Systems.
Fuelling Stations
Hale Hamilton’s CNG range provides manifold solutions for Priority Fill Systems, Compressors and CNG Dispensers.
Our manifolds are offered as part of a standard product range with an optional customer specific, custom build service.
Our custom build service offers our customers the chance to have manifold created to meet their exact needs. Ball valves, priority valves, regulators, check valves, relief valves, isolation valves, filters, instrumentation ports, et al can be integrated into a single manifold if required.
Priority Manifolds (Mechanical)
Hale Hamilton’s Mechanical Priority Manifolds ensure the banks of the cascade storage are filled in order without an electrical interface and in a far more compact package than existing priority panel solutions allow for.

Priority Manifolds (Ball Valve Type)
Hale Hamilton’s Ball Valve Priority Fill Manifolds allow the Priority Fill System to be controlled via a PLC.
Currently, these systems are made in a series of custom configurations only.

Relief Valve Manifolds

Typically used on the compressor or storage packs, Hale Hamilton Relief Valve Manifolds are configured to ensure that all relief valves vent into a common vent gallery thus reducing our customers’ installation costs (one vent line only).
Other features include:-
- Integated vent valves (for each compressor stage) – vent into the common vent gallery.
- Gauges / gauge isolation valves
- Pressure transducer connections

Dispenser Manifolds

Hale Hamilton’s Dispenser Manifold utilises actuated ball valves to provide dispenser manufacturers with a reliable and compact manifold with as many of the dispenser valve components integrated into the manifold as is required.
The result is a product that reduces the dispenser build cost and makes maintenance easy.
